The Kelso Perpetual Trophy is awarded to the Victorian Dancer with the highest Championship points

*Tassie Green was instrumental in laying the foundation of the Victorian Scottish Dancing Association (now the VSDMA Inc.). She was the first teacher of Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing in Victoria and her legacy lives on. Dancers, teachers and adjudicators are indebted to Tassie for her outstanding dedication and promotion of the worldwide technique. It is with great pleasure the VSDMA Inc. present Perpetual Trophies in her honour.
